Samaneh started as the system one busy aesthetic clinic needed to stop losing leads, losing forms, and losing sleep. Every feature exists because a real clinic had a real problem that day.
Samaneh began at Behravian Clinic. Not as a product — as a fix. The clinic was doing what most clinics do: leads in WhatsApp, consent forms in a drawer, packages in a notebook, follow-ups in someone's memory. Things fell through. Money leaked. Good patients didn't come back and nobody knew why.
So we built the thing the clinic actually needed. One patient record. One thread from the first message to the six-month follow-up. A way to catch a danger sign after surgery before it became an emergency. Then another clinic asked for it. Then another.
That's the difference you'll feel in every screen: this was designed by people solving the problem in front of them, not imagining it from a distance.
"Stop losing the Saturday leads."
"Get the consent forms out of the drawer."
"Settle the package argument for good."
"Never miss a post-op danger sign again."
When the knowledge lives in one person's head, you're one resignation away from chaos. Process beats memory.
Most tools go quiet the moment the invoice clears. That's exactly when the risk — and the duty — begins. We built for the six months after, not just the booking.
Persian, right-to-left, the Solar calendar, local payments, WhatsApp. Made for this region, not adapted to it as an afterthought.
Real faces, real reasons. The people building Samaneh alongside a working clinic, every day.

Samaneh runs live in clinics today, starting in Iran. We're built for aesthetic and medical clinics now, with dental, pharmacy, and multi-location groups on the way — and Turkey and the UAE next.
We're not trying to be everything for everyone. We're trying to be the one platform a serious clinic can run its whole practice on, and trust with its patients' data.
Book a demo and we'll show you the system a real clinic runs on every day.
